Production Flutter builds are obfuscated, so a crash reads like d.a.b(Unknown:0). The usual fix hands your debug symbols, the map to your source, to an observability vendor. Dartastic keeps them where you publish packages, in your private Dartastic Pub, with the Symbolizer running right next to it. On Hosted that is your own box; on Cloud it is shared, hard-isolated infrastructure. Either way, click Get Source Lines and the frame resolves to the real file and line, with the trace that led to it.

No lock-in, no surprises. If you stop paying (or a card just expires), your Observatory winds down in clear stages, and your app is never affected.
- Payment fails (grace: 7 days, 14 for Compliance): everything keeps working. We email you to fix the card.
- After grace, or if you cancel (read-only: 7 days, 30 for Compliance): new telemetry pauses, but your dashboards stay live so you can review and export your data. Your app keeps running normally. The Dartastic runtime never crashes your app over a billing issue.
- Then (suspended: 30 days, 90 for Compliance): your box is paused and your data retained but not accessible.
- Finally (closed): your box and its data are permanently removed. For Compliance, your data lives only on your box, so destroying the box is the data-destruction event.
Reactivate during read-only or suspended and everything resumes. No re-setup. Full terms in the Hosted Services Agreement.
