DARTASTIC ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This AUP applies to everyone who uses the Dartastic Service (website, accounts, private package registry, Symbolizer, hosted clusters, and paid software). Violating it is a material breach and may result in suspension or termination.

  1. LAWFUL USE

You must use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including export-control, sanctions, intellectual-property, and privacy laws. You must not upload or transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious content.

  1. NO ABUSE OF SHARED AND METERED RESOURCES

You must not: exceed, evade, or manipulate quotas, rate limits, seat counts, or metering (including Symbolizer call quotas); use a build, key, or cluster provisioned for one tenant or organization in another; share credentials or licenses outside your licensed scope; or impose an unreasonable load that degrades the Service for others.

  1. NO REVERSE ENGINEERING OR EXTRACTION

You must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code or trade secrets of the Dartastic Pro software or native runtime engine (except to the limited extent applicable law allows and the Commercial License permits), nor scrape, crawl, or automatically extract data or content from the registry, Symbolizer, or other Dartastic services.

  1. NO COMPETITIVE EXPLOITATION

You must not use the Service, or data or benchmarks derived from it, to build, train, market, or improve a competing product or service, or to perform competitive benchmarking or analysis for publication, without our prior written consent. This restriction is central to protecting a small, independent business against larger competitors.

  1. SECURITY

You must not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization, breach or circumvent authentication or tenant isolation, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service. Report suspected vulnerabilities responsibly to security@dartastic.io.

  1. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY FOR DATA YOU SEND

Data-protection features (such as on-device PII scrubbing) are available only on the tiers and build flavors that include them, are configurable, and are not guaranteed to catch every case. You remain responsible for not sending data you are not permitted to send, and for your own legal and regulatory compliance.

  1. ENFORCEMENT

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, or take other action we deem appropriate, with or without notice depending on severity.
