Dartastic incorporates and interoperates with third-party and open-source software. The notices below are required or appropriate; the full, version-accurate list must be generated from build manifests.

  1. OPENTELEMETRY

The Dartastic SDKs implement the OpenTelemetry specification. "OpenTelemetry" and its logo are trademarks of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF), used to indicate compatibility, not affiliation. Portions may be derived from or compatible with OpenTelemetry components licensed under the Apache License 2.0.

  1. GRAFANA, LOKI, TEMPO, MIMIR, PYROSCOPE (AGPLv3 — HOSTED)

Dartastic Hosted operates Grafana, Loki, Tempo, Mimir, and Pyroscope under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3). "Grafana", "Loki", "Tempo", "Mimir", and "Pyroscope" are trademarks of Raintank, Inc. d/b/a Grafana Labs. Dartastic.io is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Grafana Labs.

AGPL §13 source offer: Hosted clusters run modified (white-labeled) Grafana. The corresponding source for our modifications is available at https://github.com/MindfulSoftwareLLC/grafana-dartastic-skin, and a link to it is surfaced in the footer of the Hosted cluster UI.   1. THE DARTASTIC PRO NATIVE RUNTIME ENGINE (RUST)

The Pro engine is built in Rust and links third-party crates (for example, allocator and systems libraries such as jemalloc, and various MIT/Apache-2.0/BSD-licensed crates). A complete list of these crates and their license texts is included in the NOTICE/licenses bundle shipped with the engine.

Built for Flutter and Dart. "Flutter" and "Dart" are trademarks of Google LLC. Dartastic.io is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.

  1. OTHER OPEN-SOURCE DEPENDENCIES

The Dart and Flutter packages, the website, and the cloud functions depend on numerous open-source packages under permissive licenses (MIT, BSD, Apache-2.0). The complete list, with each license's required notice, is available in the package manifests distributed with the respective software.
