DARTASTIC TRADEMARK & BRAND POLICY

  1. OUR MARKS

"Dartastic", "Dartastic Pro", the Dartastic logo, and related names and logos (the "Marks") are trademarks of Mindful Software, LLC d/b/a Dartastic.io. The Marks are valuable assets and a primary defense for an independent business against larger competitors who might otherwise trade on our name. We reserve all rights in the Marks.

  1. HOW OTHERS MAY USE OUR MARKS

Without our prior written permission you may make only nominative fair use of the Marks — that is, factual references such as "compatible with Dartastic" or "built on the Dartastic OpenTelemetry SDK" — provided you: (a) do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation; (b) do not use the Marks in your product name, logo, domain, or company name; (c) do not alter the Marks; and (d) follow any brand guidelines we publish. You may not register or use any confusingly similar mark, name, or domain.

  1. HOW WE USE OTHERS' MARKS

We use third-party marks only to indicate compatibility or the technology in use, never to imply affiliation or endorsement:

  • OpenTelemetry and the OpenTelemetry logo are trademarks of the Cloud Native Computing Foundation (CNCF). We follow CNCF/Linux Foundation trademark guidelines and use the marks to indicate our implementation of, and compatibility with, OpenTelemetry.
  • Grafana, Loki, Tempo, and Mimir are trademarks of Raintank, Inc. d/b/a Grafana Labs. Our Hosted offering uses these technologies in a white-labeled configuration; we do not present the Service as "Grafana" and do not use Grafana's name or logo as our own branding. See OPEN-SOURCE-LICENSING.md.
  • Flutter and Dart are trademarks of Google LLC. We describe Dartastic as built for Flutter and Dart; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
  • Competitor names (e.g., Sentry, Datadog, Honeycomb, New Relic, Embrace) are used only for factual comparison and interoperability ("bridge") references, and remain the marks of their owners.
  1. ENFORCEMENT

We actively protect the Marks. We may object to, and take action against, any use that infringes the Marks, dilutes them, or is likely to confuse users as to the source, affiliation, or endorsement of a product or service. If you are unsure whether a use is permitted, ask us first.
